CHARACTERSTICS
|
| Flexible and convenient
installation dozens of colors available. The C shaped strip ceiling
consist of plain plate and punching plate. The length reaches 6000m, as
well as processing catering to clients demand. The Ceiling plate with
width 75, 100, 150, 200 mm C-shaped strip ceiling can be combined
at will without any gap. The product is suitable for various kinds of
building , widely used airport, subway, station, Bank, Exhibition
centre, office building, large meeting room etc. |

SPECIFICATION
|

Metacil 150C ceiling systems comprises
of powder coated panels 150mm wide x 15.5mm deep with bevelled groove
between panels formed out of aluminium coils with total coated thickness
of 0.5mm (TCT). Panels are fixed on to roll formed carriers 20mm wide x
28mm deep out of 0.45mm galvanized steel with cut outs to hold the
panels in module of 150mm at maximum 1.2 m c/c. Carrier are fixed
perpendicularly to main keel 38mm width x 15mm deep x 0.5mm thick at max
1.6mtr c/c with the help of carrier host. Main keel are suspended from
the roof or truss by 6mm diameter. Galvanized steel threaded rod hanger
with special height adjustment suspension clip at max. |

1.5m c/c. Hangers are fixed to the roof by fasteners. Panels are
factory cut in length up to maximum 6m to sit site dimensions or shop
drawing. Edge profile or wall angles are 24mm x 24mm x 0.4 mm thick and
match the colors of panels. |

INSTALLATION
|

Adjust position of both boom and
38# light keel, each 38# light keel is 1.2 -1.5 meters, then use clips
to connect the special keels at an interval of 80cm onto the light steel
keel (the boom usually at 1.5 meters) or use the boom and spring clip to
set the levels along the transverse, the keel space is 80cm (boom space
is 1.5 meters)
After setting the level for the keel, make use of the elasticity of
the guess set place itself to directly press into position in the keel ,
( be sure to ensure the naturally smooth board surface, which does
not require re-direction)

If the strip plate is too long and needs joints to carry forward, then
cut the strip plates about 10-20cm, gently press then into the boards to
form joints to ensure smooth and flat surface effect. |
