ceiling wind resistance and is very durable suitable for open area prone

Metacil interlocking ceiling
system comprises of 150 mm x 17 mm +10% panels roll formed out of metal
coils. Panels are fixed on to roll formed carrier 34.5 mm wide 48mm deep
out of 0.7 mm. Aluminium orS 0.5 mm galvanized steel with cutouts /
prongs to holds the panels in module of 150 mm at maximum 1.7m c/c
without insulation and at maximum 1.5 m c/c with insulation. carrier are
suspended from the roof or truss by 4 mm diameter galvanised steel wire
rod hanger with special height adjustment suspension clip at max 1.3 m
c/c.

| Hangers are
fixed to the roof by J hook and nylon inserts. Panels at factory are cut
in lengths up to maximum 6 meter to suit site dimensions or shop
drawings. Edge profiles or wall angles are 25mm x 25mm x 0.5mm
thick and match the colour of the panel. These systems have several
options for the metal used in their construction, the protective coating
used on the surfaces and the finish of the panels. |
