Lay-in ceiling is an exposed suspension system that emphasizes a graphical grid pattern highlighting its brilliant 3-dimensional effects. Different kinds of T-bar used can enhance its aesthetic feel and look. Both beveled and right-angled square edges are available. Square panels is famous by its clear outline and noble outlook that form a complete set with different ceiling kneels leads to differently changeable or moment style, easy installation and easy to test.       Metal Tiles can give excellent Acoustic properties when perforated and with non-woven tissue. They can be repainted without damaging their acoustic properties, which is not possible with MFB.

      Metal Tiles can be painted / powder coated / coil coated in different colours for attractive interiors. These tiles can also be made in attractive surface profiles besides the normal flat profile.

         Metal Tiles are easy to handle, install, clean and maintain. They are asbestos free.

The Metal tiles are made up of  Aluminium alloy (AA1050 / AA5050 / AA3015) 0.7 mm thick or of 0.5 mm thick Mild Steel galvanised with 120 gsm zinc coating (240 mpa yield stress).        After installing hanging pole, it is necessary to level it with 38# light steel keel or T keel as basic, the error on the same surface can't be over ± 1.5m/m.

      After installing suspension, put 38# light steel keel to the outside of hanging pole. i(t's possible 38# keel is not connected with protective pieces), then in order installing T-main keel, then installing sub keel, chuck T-keel.

       lf adopt type B installing, first, stick chip to 38# keel in hand winding less than 30 then using pliers screw down, so it is not moving.

      When between the ceiling and the wall need to be cut off, use wall paper knife to dash 3 times, then bend it in hand, except bent edge, not need to use scissors to cut off so as to prevent deform, of plate surface.

       ln cutting the edge requires a part of over 1.8cm be preserved as flanging, carve three times at the position in ward of the part requiring flanging with wall paper knife then bend it to 90 the edge connection would have pleasing to the eyes.

       ln cutting pay attention to broad filling with board or even object, to reach perfect effect and prevent deform, over head cutting is forbidden. in construction, hands must be cleaned to prevent from fingerprints impacting appearance.
