Metacil Tee Grid Suspension System is the backbone of the Lay-in  False Ceiling system. Metacil Tee Grid gives the ceiling a pronounced aesthetic effect. Functionally the grid is designed to satisfy ASTM C 635 loading and deflection criteria.

 They are precision made to a tolerance of +/- 0.25 mm. The grid is made of Mild Steel galvanized with 120 gsm zinc coating as per BS 2989Z-18 (40 mpa yield stress). The face of the grid is fitted with a white coil coated Face Cap. The face cap salt spray tested for 300 hours.

The Metacil Tee Grid Suspension System consists of the following components:

• Main Runner 3600 mm length,

• Cross Runner 1200 mm length,

• Cross Runner 600 mm length,

• Edge Profile (Wall Angle) 3050 mm length,

• Rod Hanger ( J Hook),

• Butterfly Clip

The Main Runners and Cross Tees are provided with bayonet Coupling for quick installation. The grid is available in Standard (width 24 mm)

It is further specified into Type I (0.30mm thick) and Type II (0.35 mm thick).
