This cost effective and recyclable composite material is
produced from Wood Composite combined with proprietary
cross linking formulations to give various combinations
of desired strengths and benefits while preserving the
warmth and aesthetics of Natural Wood.
Additionally it is Fire Retardant and can be drilled and
punched like real wood without splintering, cracking or
warping.As it is manufactured from Recycled Wood
mixed with PVC and Resins this product which is 70% wood
is itself recyclable after use.
The production process conforms to national
environmental standards and the product is produced in
standard lengths of 2.74 metres. Due to its even nature
in thickness and length waste material in production is
reduced to a minimum. Any waste can be recycled and can
be used to produce wall panels. It is regarded as a revolutionary green environmentally
friendly, high-tech material.
